Five minutes to make this template yours.

1. Delete sample data: open each database, select all rows, delete (or keep one row as a model).
2. Add your property (Properties › New). Fill access info once; guest messages reference it.
3. Create a turnover for each checkout (Turnovers › New, uses the checklist template). Share the “Cleaner view” with your cleaner (Share › copy link, or add them as a guest).
4. Use the Guest messages library: copy the template for each stage and send it at the time shown in “Send when”.

• Duplicate a database view, don’t edit the default one.
